Delivery Policy
We aim to honor all delivery requests; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during holidays or high-volume periods.
If you have a preferred time window, please include it in the Delivery Instructions at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Holiday Orders
For major holidays, we recommend placing your order several days in advance.
Funeral & Sympathy Deliveries
Funeral and sympathy arrangements often require additional preparation time.
If you need delivery at a specific time, please let us know several days in advance.
Please note that Sunday deliveries may be limited or unavailable.
Hospital Deliveries
We regularly deliver to hospitals and follow facility procedures.
Please include the hospital name, phone number, recipient name, and room or ward number with your order.
Some hospital units — such as ICU — do not permit flowers. Please confirm with the facility before ordering.
If the Recipient Is Not Home
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver may:
Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area
Leave it with a neighbor
Recipient Availability (Important for Arizona Weather)
We strongly encourage customers to ensure that the recipient will be home to receive the flowers — especially between April and October, when Arizona temperatures are high.
Flowers can wilt quickly if left outside in the heat, particularly during the summer months. Ensuring someone is available to accept the delivery helps maintain the freshness and longevity of the arrangement.
Leave-at-Door Requests
If you request that the arrangement be left at the door or another location without hand delivery, you assume full responsibility once it is left.
We cannot be held liable for damage, weather exposure, theft, or quality issues resulting from such requests.
Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal or market availability, substitutions for flowers of equal or greater value may be made.
We will always maintain the overall style, color palette, and look of the arrangement.
For single-variety bouquets, the flower type takes priority over color.
Plants
For plants or orchids, substitutions may be made with similar items of equal or greater value.
Containers may vary based on availability.
Special Occasions
For time-sensitive orders such as funerals, birthdays, or anniversaries, substitutions may be made if needed to ensure on-time delivery.
Data Privacy
When you place an order, we securely store the information necessary to fulfill your purchase — such as name, address, email, and phone number.
If you create an account, this information is stored for future checkouts.
If you check out as a guest, your data is used only for processing the current order.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been designed or dispatched.
Once the order is in the process of making, en route or has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.

Replacements
If your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please notify us the same day.
We will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Returns are accepted only for quality-related issues.
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged arrangements/vessels will be replaced at no cost.
Refunds are not issued; store credit may be provided when replacement is not possible.
Personal taste or “not liking the design” is not grounds for a return.
Proper care (watering, trimming stems) is required for flowers to last.
If ordering for someone else, please consider the recipient’s style preferences.
Delivery obligations are fulfilled once we deliver to the address and date provided by the sender.
